Implementations & Onboarding Project Manager
Current Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives, and provide expertise to align our product with their needs. Coordinate with the customer success team to develop implementation plans and timelines, ensuring that client expectations are managed effectively. Configure, customize, and integrate our software solutions according to client specifications, leveraging your Project Management skills and knowledge. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to educate them on the features, functionality, and best practices of our products. Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding phase, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, effectively communicating project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to identify and communicate client feedback, product enhancement requests, and potential issues. Contribute to the development and maintenance of implementation and onboarding documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
