Reporting to the Vice President and responsible for leading the overall design implementation and evaluation of the corporate quality programs to minimize risk.Including:• Preparing project specific quality plans for utility scale gas compressor stations utilizing advanced gas turbine technology.• Authoring API, ASME, and AWS Welding program, procedures, and welder qualification/certification system.Specific Project Experience• Transcanada GPX Cane Ridge Compressor Station• Transcanada GPX Goodluck Compressor Station• Transcanada GPX Clifton Junction Compressor Station• Kinder Morgan 563 Compressor Station• Kinder Morgan 118 Compressor Station

Reporting to the Director of Quality and responsible for leading the overall design implementation and evaluation of the corporate quality programs to minimize risk at the project level.Including:• Preparing project specific quality plans for utility scale combined cycle gas fired power plant utilizing advanced gas turbine technology.• Maintaining ASME and AWS Welding program, procedures, and welder qualification/certification system.• Responsible for overall quality budget and schedule for quality staffing, testing, and subcontracts to include but not limited to, PWHT, Authorized Inspection, Special Inspections, Testing Services, etc.

New construction of 3 on 1 gas power plantReporting to the Director of Quality and responsible for leading the overall design implementation and evaluation of the corporate quality programs to minimize risk at the project level.Including:• Preparing project specific quality plans for utility scale combined cycle gas fired power plant utilizing advanced gas turbine technology.• Maintaining ASME and AWS Welding program, procedures, and welder qualification/certification system.• Responsible for overall quality budget and schedule for quality staffing, testing, and subcontracts to include but not limited to, PWHT, Authorized Inspection, Special Inspections, Testing Services, etc.

Reporting to the President and responsible for leading the overall design implementation and evaluation of the corporate quality programs to minimize risk.Including:• Preparing project specific quality plans for utility scale simple and combined cycle gas fired power plants utilizing advanced gas turbine technology.• Authoring ASME and AWS Welding program, procedures, and welder qualification/certification system.• Obtain/maintain accreditation as ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Fabrication/Erection for: “A, PP, and R” Code Stamps. Specific Project Experience • Panda Patriot Power Project, 800 MW Single Shaft Combined Cycle facility using two Siemens STG6-8000H Gas Turbine Generators and Vogt HRSGs, located in Montgomery, PA.• Panda Liberty Power Project, 800 MW Single Shaft Combined Cycle facility using two Siemens STG6-8000H Gas Turbine Generators and Vogt HRSGs, located in Towanda, PA.• ETEC Plant Operations• ETEC Woodville Renewable Power Project, 50 MW Biomass Fueled Plant using a Riley stoker fired boiler and Shin Nippon steam turbine, located in Woodville, TX.• Patton Wind, 30 MW wind farm consisting of 15 Gamesa G97 wind turbines.• Ravenbrook Solar, 6MW solar plant utilizing ground mounted photovoltaic panels.• Canton Solar, 6MW solar plant utilizing ground mounted photovoltaic panels.• CPV Sentinel Energy Project, 800 MW simple-cycle facility comprised of 8 GE LMS100 combustion turbine generator sets, located in Desert Hot Springs in Southern California.
