After being engaged with the business development and consultancy in Abu Dhabi, I was seconded from PAC Total Solution to Educational Trend Sdn Bhd (a HeiTech Padu subsidiary), I was responsible for identifying and matching product and services offered by HeiTech Padu group of companies with our international office in Dubai. I was actively involved in responding to RFI, RFP and developing conceptual business process and IT systems proposals for MENA. I was later tasked to develop new business opportunities in Malaysia for our portal development professional services whereby we revamp and redevelop Iskandar Malaysia corporate website and its microsites such us Expatriate Support Services (ESS) and Experience Iskandar Malaysia e-Magazine.

As the Product Manager, I was responsible to ensure effective System Change Request management while liaise with the Head of Product Development in system design features and functionality of the Motor Claims System while utilizing Project Management practices for tracking, cost and budgeting control.I was tasked as the Lead Business Analyst and Pre Sales Consultant as the company expands its product offering from a Web Based Motor Claims system to a Core Insurance implementer with TIA Technology, Denmark. My priority was to analysis, design and conceptualize the system functionality of the Conventional Insurance TIA solution (Oracle DB, Oracle Forms9i) with to support Mudarabah and Wakalah business model for Takaful for the Malaysia Motor Underwriting Insurance. Other roles includes responding to RFI, RFP for Core Insurance functional requirements (Conventional and Takaful), marketing and seeking potential clients in Indonesia and Middle East. In the later years as a Product Manager, I was engaged in the Emirates Vehicle Gate project in Abu Dhabi whereby I was responsible for the conceptualization to the kick –off of a unified portal for the Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi. My expertise in the Malaysia Motor Claims business process, I was a consultant for the motor insurance claims business process improvement in Abu Dhabi. Working closely with SAAED for Traffic System, Abu Dhabi I in 3 main core business process Accident Claims, Workshop (Garage) Classification and MOI Driver/Vehicle online services. Conducted workshops to local and international insurers on the importance of Garage Classification utilizing 4M methods (Man Material, Methods, Machinery) to ensure high standards of Safety and Repair Standards.
