Embedded Engineer
CurrentEmbedded systems design at DornerWorks concentrating on the development and expansion of the seL4 microkernel. Member of the separation technology team with a focus on virtualization on the ARMv8 architecture.I have worked on multiple SBIRs focused on the seL4 microkernel, the worlds first formally verified kernel. During this work, I have:- Created a Virtual Machine system using seL4 as a hypervisor on the zcu102 and i.MX8.- Developed an Ethernet Stack for the i.MX6 and Zynq7000 with an http-server demonstration- Ported seL4 to run on 64-bit RISC-V hardware- Developed training modules focused on lowering the steep learning curve associated with seL4- Created a virtual channel interface allowing virtual machines to securely communicate- Implemented a virtual UART interface, allowing virtual machines to share a single console- Developed and gave a presentation on implementing a GDB server on a hardware platform
