Beginning my career in the hospitality industry, I quickly realized that I gravitate toward service-based businesses and delivering compelling customer experiences. I’ve learned a lot as a management consultant, business founder, and corporate intrapreneur, but am humbled daily by what I am taught from working with incredible teams and talent. In a recent introduction, I was (affectionately) described by a colleague as possessing a “healthy dose of impatience with traditional organizations,” and am known for my positivity, intensity, and ability to quickly sift through challenges and propose solutions.
