My team uses an intelligence led, threat driven methodology to detect and prevent threats across Delta’s global corporate enterprise. Areas of focus include global investigations, physical security, access control, risk assessments, executive protection, and special event security planning.

I served as the FBI’s Senior Executive leader responsible for leading a workforce of 700+ people; identifying threats and creating mitigation strategies related to national security, cyber crime, and federal criminal activity for the state of Georgia. I worked closely with all federal, state, and local law enforcement, the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC), corporate partners, and community members to accomplish the FBI’s mission.I also served as the southeastern U.S. Representative for the Director of National Intelligence. I enhanced partnerships and collaboration between all members of the USIC in TN, NC, SC, GA and AL. In this role, I led the identification and mitigation of national security threats impacting critical national infrastructure utilizing a whole of government approach.

Led global FBI criminal investigations and programs.

Senior Executive leader at FBIHQ responsible for global criminal investigations related to public corruption, financial crimes / money laundering, civil rights, and covert operations. Additionally, I was the chief compliance and risk officer and led the budget and security programs.

In this Senior Executive position, I was the chief of staff for the FBI’s Head of National Security- responsible for worldwide counterterrorism, counterintelligence, weapons of mass destruction, and the high value interrogation group. I also led the executive staff team responsible for the national security budget, administrative programs, training, strategic planning, and technical operational support elements.

Senior field leader of all national security programs for the middle and southern federal judicial districts of Alabama. This included intelligence operations, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and cyber investigations. The second year I led all criminal investigative and administrative programs. This included leading the physical and personnel security teams, budget, and facilities. I was also the compliance and risk officer.

As a leader at the National Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) located at FBI Headquarters, I led the administrative functions of the 104 nationwide JTTFs and supported field operations through specialized programs. I built strategic partnerships with members from over 40 law enforcement and intelligence agencies who brought their unique authorities and capabilities to the fight against terrorism.Initiated a nationwide investigative strategy for a priority threat and led national training for all task force members.

Led the statewide Joint Terrorism Task Force. Developed strategic public and private partnerships to identify threats and establish mitigation efforts for all risks associated with international and domestic terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, and bombing matters. Responsible for the special agent bomb technician program as well as the crisis management and special events programs.

Broad based field investigative experience in sensitive investigations involving public corruption, financial crime, civil rights, and counterintelligence. Collateral duties included SWAT operator / Assistant Team Leader, firearms instructor, tactical instructor, crisis management coordinator, and private sector coordinator.

I served my community in a highly professional, nationally accredited agency where I performed duties as a patrol officer, SWAT operator, defensive tactics instructor, field training officer, member of the Honor Guard, and economic crimes investigator.
