Communications Manager
Current• Develop communication plans, written materials, digital assets, and other project deliverables required to ensure the effective delivery of network-wide communications to leadership and employees at all levels of the organization.• Manage the development and deployment of cloud-based internal employee communications tools using various CMS platforms including FirstUp/Dynamic Signal and SharePoint.• Work closely with project teams and departments throughout the organization to onboard and train individuals as internal brand ambassadors to share timely, relevant, site-based news and information with their teams.• Promote company-wide communications initiatives through the use of various communication channels including live and virtual presentations, cloud-based CMS solutions, digital newsletters, training videos, and print to provide a diverse set of engagement and feedback opportunities.• Support executive leadership in the development and promotion of communications initiatives that align with the organization's brand strategy and engagement efforts.• Work in partnership with information technology and the marketing teams to deploy, track and train content managers for digital display assets throughout the organization using an RSS tool integrated into our FirstUp cloud solution called Touchpoints.• Track market trends to ensure any emerging technologies offering potential benefits to our overall communication goals are properly researched and tested in small pilot groups, if applicable.• Conduct analysis of market climates, trends, and analytics, in support of identified departmental and employer branding goals to ensure the organization is engaging with our various audiences in a manner they find to be meaningful, thoughtful, accessible, and productive.
