* Greet customers entering the store to obtain information on what each customer wants or needs* Describes products to customers and accurately explained details and care of merchandise, asking open ended questions to identify customers’ needs and match them with the best products and services* Troubleshooting IOS issues and minor hardware complications while assuring the customers satisfaction is met.
