Led a Master Data Management (MDM) Programme for The Warehouse Group to centralise, standardise and improve the quality of retail product data from across the main lines of business (The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationary, Noel Leemings Group). The initiative involved significant legacy system integration, data-model harmonisation, and a large data-migration (150k+ products). STIBO Systems cloud-based services were the central capability utilised. Delivery was through Agile Delivery (SCRUM & Spotify model) with blended onshore/offshore teams. The programme completed successfully as agreed, with future phases and capabilities being planned.

Led a consulting team to review and document the Technology, Processes, and IT Controls used by themarket.com for The Warehouse Group Executive Team. The engagement established a 300+ article knowledgebase covering Architecture, Infrastructure, Software, Integration, Data Models, Policies, Processes, and Controls, safeguarding essential IP in a low-maintenance cloud-based repository. The report detailed findings covering risks and improvement opportunities. Remediation efforts and potential benefits were also estimated to allow formulation into a roadmap for planning and future investment cases. The engagement was very well received by The Warehouse Group CEO, CFO, and CIO, as well as themarket.com CEO and Senior Leadership.

Technology Programme Management role responsible for the Christmas 2005 release of Vodafone Live mobile portal. Involved managing delivery activity in 4 countries (Dusseldorf, London, California & Milan). The programme constituted of scoping and demand management, 10 delivery projects, integration testing, and deployment. Also involved centralising of hosting and deployment from 9 operating companies to a globally hosted service. Managed successfully from inception to completion.

Various contracts including development of large scale microbiology system, several stock control, logistics and accounting applications.

Designed and wrote windows client server applications for hospitals and private laboratories.
