We have adopted agile methodologies and practices to improve quality and speed up the testing and implementation of product enhancements. Acting as product owner, I have built collaborative relationships with vendor partners on LMS/LXP upgrades, functionality and issue fixes. A member of the professional development and knowledge leadership team, I play an integral role in setting and developing departmental strategy. I also lead quality assurance and performance measurement including defining and measuring KPIs and providing analysis and reports to senior management. Working as part of a small taskforce adopting agile ways of working, I helped to shape and create a series of recommendations for Macmillan's future organisational strategy with the specific focus on the adoption of innovation in the healthcare service.
