Whilst working within the £100M wholesale division I analysed and delivered a new pricing structure that was industry led by a complicated matrix of product divisions and sub divisions and micro segments.This allowed the business managers to price according to product category and segment, something they had previously been unable to do, and resulted in more clarity and a better understood pricing portfolio.I also developed new automated business tools and reports that were unheard of before I arrived which resulted in greater productivity of the staffs daily task performance.

Originally employed on a temporary 3 month contract to identify and report on gaps in pricing compliance I then re-modelled the pricing structure of the wholesale division. I performed this process across the original XMA business and then the combined XMA and Westcoast Wholesale business. The role then developed in to a bespoke reporting solution for the sales and customer statistics and marketing division, this also incorporatds the customer accruals and rep rebates.All this was provides through my own custom built Access 2007 database and SQL server 2005.
