I am responsible for the development of Green Hydrogen infrastructure projects in the UK, with a particular focus on the mobility sector. I lead all RTFO activities, including the generation and sale of Development Renewable Transport Fuel Certificates (dRTFC) and work closely with the Department for Transport on policy matters. I work with renewable power suppliers (predominantly wind and solar) to secure Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) to produce Green Hydrogen from electrolysis. In addition to this, I work with 3rd party companies to evaluate opportunities for partnerships and joint ventures in the hydrogen sector. Working closely with legal experts, I lead contract activities including customer contract negotiations, development of offtake agreements and supplier agreements. I have been involved in various studies looking at the role that hydrogen can play in decarbonising the transport sector and have led BOC’s responses to government and industry consultations. I also identify and manage various funding opportunities that are available in the hydrogen sector.

Product Manager specialising in renewable transport fuels, low carbon energy solutions and disruptive technologies within the transport sector. Responsible for LNG, Bio-LNG business area including product sourcing, infrastructure management, CAPEX management, project management, account management, contract management, strategy and P&L responsibilities. Significant experience in renewable transport fuel policy and the RTFO scheme. Managed and lead Green Hydrogen and Bio-LNG transport fuel initiatives, including obtaining development fuel status for Green Hydrogen and renewable transport fuel status for Bio-LNG. Experience in generating and trading of renewable transport obligation certificates including GHG and RTFC in addition to the creation and management of offtake agreements for these certificates. Experience working with renewable energy suppliers on Green Hydrogen mobility projects. Development of new PSO’s including LNG truck to ship bunkering.

As a customer facing Key Account Manager working on Japanese OEM projects on a European platform, my role include:- Preparing quotations for new and existing business throughout Europe.- Multi country sourcing including UK, France, Hungary, India- Preparing and presenting financial justifications using FEP format- Customer presentations and negotiations- Briefing internal teams on project requirements including Engineering, Tooling, Production, Injection Moulding, Purchasing, Quality Finance and Design.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director my responsibilities include:- Driving a UK wide Continuous Improvement program (Practical Process Improvement)- Driving cost reduction initiatives including resource planning and head count reduction activities- Manufacturing overhead management and forecasting- Operational improvements including in house manufacturing systems UK KPI reporting and analysis- Leading the development of a global collaboration tool with partners in India, Germany, USA and UK- Lean Champion (TPS) driving Lean Manufacturing projects in various parts of the business- Supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the plant to consistently deliver on internal and external KPI’s, including managing costs within substantial budgets.- Tracking and reporting of plant financial targets and KPI’s, working with the senior plant team to ensure that trends, corrective actions and improvements are identified and implemented.- Co-ordinating/leading multi skilled project teams to work on general plant initiatives and improvement activities - Development and review of investment plans and justifications for capital expenditure- Working with the Engineering Manager to evaluate new manufacturing techniques, take ownership of subsequent plant changes and support the development of the associated business case and Capex.

Following a previous year-long contract with US-based A.I.G, I returned to lead the set-up and initial running of a secondary manufacturing facility. I project-managed the new building setup, with main responsibilties including:- Facility layout- Process and work flow strategy- Sourcing and hiring contractors- Negotiation of suppliers and services

Responsible for managing a small assembly facility and 20 staff. Duties included:- Resource planning- Milestone and delivery date management- Manufacturing improvements- Development of shop floor staff including incentive scheme and quality circles.
