As soon as completing my degree I returned to the position I held while on Work Experience the previous year at Live Nation Music Group UK. I was offered a short term role from June until September to work Managing the Onsite Accreditation office across a number of Festivals including Download, Wireless London, Electric Daisy Carnival and standalone shows such as Pearl Jam and Kings of Leon. This then led to my current position of Project Assistant based in the London offices, so far having worked on the pre game entertainment for 3 NFL games at Wembley Stadium as well as the ever popular Bluesfest held at the Royal Albert Hall. Moving forward I will be working with a large pool of contractors and internal teams from Health & Safety, sponsorship and marketing to the design teams focusing on the 2015 Festival season and the large quantity of some of the UK's biggest festivals based on a multiple of different event grounds in the UK. Bringing together all of the above I help and assist the Project manager to create the Uk festivals while continuously learning from the large talent pool that has made Live Nation the company it is.

A work experience role within the Live Nation festival management team during my degree. The role included assisting all members of the festival management team throughout some of the UKs largest festivals including, Radio 1s Big Weekend, Radio 1s Teen Awards, Wireless, Download, Electric Daisy Carnival and Creamfields. Also gaining valuable experience working in an accreditation and Event control Assistant role throughout the Hyde Park BT London live event days which ran throughout the London Olympics in 2012 and was created by Live Nation. These varied roles throughout my work experience gave me great insight into Live Nations outdoor events business model and how they have become the market leader for festival production in the UK. As Production Assistant I learnt about multiple different aspects of a large proportion of the Live Nation and Live Nation Sub group owned live events. By gaining this work placement it has meant I have been able to gain experience and knowledge from one of the world leaders in Live entertainment and training which has led me to be able to strive towards progressing within the Events Industry.
