Architected and managed the Nutanix cluster yearly refresh cycle. Planned and worked with venders during various stages of the project. Worked with several different Kohls teams members to ensure cluster deployments and VM migrations were successful. Clusters ran on Nutanix NX hardware with ESXi as the preferred hypervisor. Managed Aria Operations formally vROPS for reporting, troubleshooting, Cluster sizing.

Designed and implemented highly available HCI systems on various server hardware including Cisco UCS/Dell XC/HP and Supermicro, running Nutanix Clusters with AHV as a hypervisor.Provided support for legacy 3-tier vSphere infrastructure.Collaborated with business teams to plan and execute VM migrations, ensuring minimal impact on operations.Successfully deployed and supported BlueCat.Leveraged Agile methodologies for effective project management.

Provided assistance during the migration phase when Datamax-O'Neil was acquired by Honeywell in March 2015, including documenting all items under my management and migrating all physical and virtual servers to Honeywell datacenters.Successfully decommissioned 60+ servers prior to the Datacenter migration and upgraded 20+ servers from 2003 to 2008.Migrated 60+ servers from legacy Datamax-O'Neil domain to Honeywell domain, and supported the transition of server management to a Honeywell managed service provider.Currently support various projects such as site moves, phone system changes, new server deployments, firewall rule requests and changes.Update documentation on the current state of Datamax-O'Neil legacy systems, and provide ongoing support for the Citrix Xenapp 5 farm with 23 servers, legacy Datamax-O'Neil Active Directory domain, and VMware ESXi 5.5 environment.

Provide Server and Network operation support for Datamax-O'Neil, a subsidiary of Dover Corporation. Responsibilities include: Manage and monitor over 30 Cisco managed network switches. Manage and configure Riverbed Steelhead WAN optimization appliance. Support MPLS WAN links and Internet connections at 3 locations, Manage VMware ESXi 5 cluster thru vCenter with over 120 VM’s. Manage Citrix farm of 30 servers and 180 concurrent connections, manage Microsoft Active Directory 2003 environment with 6 domain controllers and 350+ users, manage Exchange 2003 / Office 365, support Lync thru Office 365, support and monitor over 160 Servers with various operating systems, perform Windows 2003 to 2008 server migrations, support Cisco Wireless LAN Controller with 20 access points.  Support Shoretel VoIP Phone system, Managed backups with Backup Exec and vRanger, manage off-site tape rotation through Iron Mountain.

Provide technical support for the day to day operations of 85 national retail branches, 4 corporate headquarters and 2 network operations centers. Maintain all data equipment and workstations throughout the company. Perform server hot-fixes and upgrades. Provide support for applications running on a Citrix farm with over 300 active users. Manage Microsoft Active Directory domain with 65 domain controllers and 1200+ users. Manage Exchange 2003 Server with over 1200 user accounts. Integrate foreign networks into parent company network due to corporate acquisitions. Implement network security and configure company firewalls. Provide training and support for System Administrators.  Performed daily tape rotations error analysis in CommVault, managed off-site tape rotation through Iron Mountain.
