Strategic consulting with clients on maximising their online and social media presence.Projects included:PepsiCo10 - a business incubator project and competition seeking 10 disruptive digital startups to partner with UK PepsiCo brands for pilots. Project management in partnership with OMD UK. UBS - strategic digital consulting with their digital team, to analyse consumer digital properties to help shape a brief for an Enterprise social network. Consultancy in partnership with IdeaPlane.Deutsche Bank - delivery of an Enterprise social network for the bank's internal employee base to promote cross-selling between departments and teams globally. Consultancy in partnership with IdeaPlane.

Responsible for marketing content & product on a B2C level, through SEM, SEO, display, email & community marketing channels. Also responsible acquiring & managing relationships with media agencies and new initiatives with other brands & platforms including Skype, The Cloud, IGN, Channel 4, IPC, The Sun, SonyBMG, MTV, Film4 & BBC Worldwide.

Initiated & developed a sync-licensing department in the UK office, building and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies, film companies, TV music libraries & video game developers. Executed UK, European & worldwide sync-deal negotiations creating new revenue streams and led promotion campaigns around successful licenses, including partners Ubisoft Games & Sony Games.Initiated & managed various online customer-facing campaigns with artists & other brands such as XBox, Red Bull, Nokia, Electronic Arts, Dean Guitars, Pearl Drums, Atticus Clothing, both on UK and European scales.
