With over 32+ years of experience in Clinical Research primarily in large pharma and biotech organizations, current responsibilities include… -Leading the assessment, development and deployment of solutions that support clinical innovation,digital health, and data delivery across the Oncology R&D portfolio-EHR2EDC Business Lead-Serving on the Early Oncology Operations Leadership Team in an organization with over 200 personnel-Designing and implementing in-stream data review capabilities linked to a series of development drivers within early clinical development (e.g. reviewing for safety/efficacy signal, dose escalation, holistic subject cleaning etc.)-Oversight for the management and execution of various risk-based quality management (RBQM) components and strategy within internal and outsourced operating models.-Supporting the design, business perspective, and implementation for a number of IT applications that benefit clinical operations tasks including: trial costing, feasibility and site selection, monitoring trial recruitment and progress, leveraging real world data, data visualization, study portal deployment, CTMS compliance, and measurements of sustainability. -Assessing digital health solutions and processes that can potentially better serve patients and investigative sites: eCOA, symptom management, EMR/EHR integration, eConsent, remote patient monitoring, home drug supply, telemedicine.Past responsibilities include:-provided global supervision of all data management activities at the compound/indication level for Phase I/IIA oncology portfolio-managed 8 direct reports including setting objectives, supervise creation of development plans, and facilitating feedback from key business partners-accountable for driving achievement of project milestones from protocol development, eCRF design and study start up through delivery of interim/final datasets, database lock and SDTM conversion-served as a Data Management Lead on the design, implementation, and training of global solutions to manage data standards and the delivery of study data from a variety of sources including EDC, CTMS, CROs, and third party vendors. -held line responsibility and oversight on data management activities to support NDA, sNDA and MAA and local operating country submissions-served as functional global Data Management signatory on all supported protocols, amendments, analysis plans and clinical study reports-provided budget management oversight for internal and external data management expenses activities (annual budget responsibility $75 million)
