An experienced, business savvy, engineering leader in the area of vehicle electrification. With over 23 years leadership experience, and nearly 30 years engineering experience, working at the most senior level within organisations, I have been responsible for delivering high integrity, safety critical products for the automotive, off-highway and industrial markets. I have improved the productivity of my engineering teams by up to 50%.I have experience leading large (> 120 engineers) engineering teams based at multiple locations and supporting emerging talent to grow their technical and managerial skills to achieve their career goals. I am also passionate about developing young talent through STEM, and often champion STEM programs within the organisations I work for.I have a strong capability in software/systems engineering where my early career was focused, but more recently I have supported and led all engineering functions, including hardware design, validation, and program management.
