Following the merger of Raglan and Jephson Housing Associations in January 2015, the corporate office portfolio increased from 18,000 to 84,000 sqft. My role is to project manage the rationalisation and refurbishment/upgrade of this portfolio to 40% of the original footprint in order to support the Strategic Plan of this leading Housing Association.

Raglan Housing Association – UK wide corporate office rationalisation programme. Project manager for a phased 2 year programme of a number of acquisitions, disposals and fit outs across the UK. Head office relocation from Poole to Reading including 7000 sqft head office CAT B fit out. New regional offices in Crawley and Southampton. CAT B refurbishment of the Leicester central electronic document management facility and the Bristol regional office. Landlord liaison and client representative to complete dilapidations and disposals of offices in Bournemouth, Poole, Bristol, and Horley.

One Reading Central – Yell Group – Relocation Project Manager for marketing services and directories organisation. Migration planning for the rationalisation of 225,000 sqft of office space across 4 city centre office facilities and a satellite call centre facility in Slough into 160,000 sqft new build headquarters in Reading.

Skandia House – CAT B refurbishment of Southampton headquarters for financial services organisation. Project Manager for a phased 2 year office refurbishment project of a fully occupied building. Existing city centre swing space was used to decant single floors of the HQ at a time, in order to deliver the fully occupied building refurbishment.

• Role was to manage space and change projects across a 6 building campus.• To project manage the clearance and exit of redundant buildings to prepare for marketing activities.• To manage the relationship between internal real estate, maintenance, external contractors and project teams.• To provide suitable working environment for Government/MOD secure projects and to manage moves effectively and as per ISO procedure.• To conduct studies on a wider scale of space utilization and suggest new initiatives and alternative ways of working to increase building efficiencies.

Standard Chartered Bank – Facilities and FM - Project manager for space and change projects across 5 City of London offices. Space planning for relocation to new EMEA HQ at 1 Basinghall Avenue.

Specific role in the CAD team to control all Canary Wharf head office project drawings as well as the European estate drawings.

• Producing CAD drawings for new build architectural developments and redesigning layouts for existing buildings.• Preparation of drawings for planning applications.• Converting survey notes into CAD drawings using AutoCAD.• Onsite surveying with Leica surveying equipment.
