Responsibilities included replacement of existing IPS at multiple remote sites while implementing active/active High Availability and implementation of layered perimeter firewalls at main data center.Firewall replacement for online customer. Project consisted of replacing existing L4 based firewall infrastructure with application layer firewall that integrated IPS, antivirus, anti-spyware, URL filtering, and anti-malware. Responsibilities included conversion of existing policies to new platform, remote implementation/support at multiple data centers across the US, and implementing IPSec based VPN for connectivity between data centers.Acquired by Pivot and changed role.
