Managing the NOC (Network Operations Centre), 3rd Line and 2nd Line combined Technical Support Team at Perfect Image.- Management & Leadership accountabilities including but not limited to day-to-day management of the team, training & development, recruitment and resource planning.- Technical accountabilities including but not limited to the provision of quality IT infrastructure support to external clients and to the business internally, maintenance & creation of technical documentation, monitoring of SLA's, managing and raising major incidents when required.

Provision of network and server support for the internal network and third line support to clients across the UK. Frequent travel to client sites for technical work, both proactive and reactive. Responsibilities and accountabilities : - Provision of quality IT infrastructure support to clients - Project delivery to timescales and budgets - High level 3rd line support to the Support Desk when required - Managing backup solutions including Symantec Backup Exec and providing training to colleagues - Provision of quality on-site IT support to clients as required - Configuration and installation of servers, software and networking equipment - Mentoring and development of service desk colleagues - Maintenance & creation of technical documentation & procedures - Assisting with technical pre-sales activity - Procurement of server and network technology

2nd line IT support including but not exclusive to advanced technical troubleshooting, call escalations, backup & restores, client project work & management, server maintenance, routers & network configuration / troubleshooting, advanced printer issue resolution, Citrix troubleshooting, documentation, disaster recovery & transitional management.
