 Responsibility for the implementation of the All Wales Diabetes Implementation Group’s work streams on continuous subcutaneous Insulin Infusion (CSII) devices and associated technologies, working across the seven local health boards as well as with service users and their families, Welsh Government& voluntary sector. Direct report to the Wales National Clinical Lead for Diabetes & All Wales Diabetes Implementation Group Provide ad-hoc support to all current Wales diabetes centres (adult and paediatric services) including site visits, regular communications, problem-solving and sharing best practice. Lead and Manage projects to develop established CSII services in Wales  Development of Wales-specific policy and guidelines  Development of a unified health care professional & patient network (Insulin Pumps Wales) to promote co-creative approaches to project work here in Wales and bridging the Wales network with other UK networks Working with Key Opinion Leaders and specialist groups from across the UK to represent Wales in the formation of National (UK wide) guidance for clinical implementation and best practice Presenting & delivering training both nationally and more recently as a key opinion leader internationally at a variety of meetings and conferences  Development / co-creation of functional resources for healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes  Organise an Annual Professional CSII Network meeting for Wales and gathering key opinion leaders to present the most current relevant evidence-based topics to help inform clinical practice and educate delegates Support National Wales Shared Partnership Service (NWSSP) in the development and implementation of the All Wales Insulin Pump Framework Supporting the National Wales IT service (NWIS) in providing intelligence, CSII and associated technology expertise in to active development of an All Wales diabetes IT solution (WISDM)
