As an experienced safeguarding and child protection expert and leader within the education sector, I have experience of managing teams of dedicated pastoral staff, policy writing, developing and delivering CPD, providing services to students and families, as well as supporting colleagues throughout a large multi-academy trust. This includes guiding schools to successfully navigate Ofsted inspections to Outstanding.I have experience of managing budgets from various sources, including the government-funded Pupil Premium, and ESF projects. Whether it's working within one school or with a number of schools, my aim is always to ensure that every young person has access to the best available opportunities, in order for them to be successful.
