Since qualifying as a solicitor 2010, I have spent the last 8 years fighting cases against large banks, financial firms, solicitors and businesses.I was Called to the Bar in July 2018 to be able to offer a more focused and efficient service to my clients. In particular early pragmatic advice and negotiation skills which can help end disputes before they become all consuming.Most recently I have taken three major financial professional/investment mis-selling cases to trial in the High Court, Adams v Carey, Jackson v Leslie & Nuding and Worthing v Lloyds. I have successfully resolved far more cases before trial, deploying mediation and negotiation skills effectively and strategically.Before specialising in professional negligence work I dealt with a broad range of commercial and civil cases from a defective yacht, to commercial landlord issues and mis-selling of foreign property.
