Run the sealer and label finished product while performing temperature control tests before and after blast chiller. Box, stack and label finished product for shipping.

Manage time and resources for 7 people to catch quail to get them to the processing plant.

Currently Started up shop for a local branch of Taekwondo to fill a community need for local training for young and old. Every Friday night at Melindas school of dance/Mod bods in downtown Ridgetown. Class Times 5pm - 6pm for children and 6:15pm to 7:15pm for mixed.
