Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost of Finishing, Plating & PVD operations within Wisconsin Faucet Operations. This includes oversight of approximately 30 working production associates, as well as monitoring material movement and ensuring jobs are processed in a timely fashion, while prioritizing customer orders and following up on late orders. Required to lead the way as a communicator, and make sure all relevant information is passed down to associates and leaders on other shifts. Lead production associates in a way that is deserving of their trust and respect without having time to micro manage their activities.

Charged with expanding brand and customer base for area real estate advertising clientele by effectively matching marketing and branding needs with available media products / services. Interface with creative staff to translate clients’ needs into compelling advertisements for print and digital medium, while meeting established schedules and budgets.  Played important role in carving out profitable niche in competitive marketplace for regional newspaper having 20K+ in circulation by attracting $50K+ contract with major real estate company to target wealthy golf enthusiasts looking for 2nd homes in area. Generated 25% advertising revenue increase for newspaper by creating multi-platform advertising campaign for county fair to diversify message and reach new audiences. Championed design and execution of $12K “open-house month” publicity campaign with Sheboygan County Board of Realtors, using print and online advertisements to reach diverse audiences.  Optimized paper’s performance and profits by achieving monthly sales goals 10 of 12 months in 2011 and 9 of 10 months in 2012. Recognized for outstanding performance by receiving promotion from Account Relations Specialist to Account Executive after one year.

Currently work part time as an afternoon disc jockey, while also Executive Producing and providing play by play commentary for local high school sports broadcasts on Lake 98.1 FM. From 2003-2007, served as Production Director, responsible the station's entire advertising inventory. Produced local advertisements and worked closely with advertising agencies to run national advertising schedules. Kept intricate records and provided clients with affidavits detailing their advertising campaign. Also served as the main contact point for the Federal Communications Commission, keeping up to date on the required government logs and public service files.

Work with outside sales representatives to ensure advertising clients are being served to their satisfaction. Conduct needs assessments, and match clients with our various print and online products that reach their desired audiences. Plan and execute lengthy advertising campaigns, such as an August Open House Month promo for the Sheboygan County Board of Realtors valued over $12,000. Bring new revenue to the company by selling clients on additional products and platforms, strive to bring more revenue to the client by introducing them to new or more refined audiences our products can offer.
