Ensured continuous delivery of required levels of service within the terms of Drinking Water Standards, Resource Consents, and budgets. Management of +40 staff/contractors.

Performance and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and water treatment plants to continuously deliver required level of service, with resource consents and budget considerations. Team of +20 staff.

Performance of seven wastewater treatment plants located around Dunedin City, with a team of 14 staff.The successful completion and optimistation of the Tahuna main pollution control plant (a $100 million upgrade to include secondary treatment and ultra-violet disinfection) was my key focus.

Monitor and control of Hutt Valley Bulk Waste Water Network and Seaview wastewater treatment plant, ensuring compliance with contractual and consent requirements.• Daily, weekly and monthly process testing and logging of plant parameters.• Identification and correction of operation/process problems.• Recommendations and implementation of enhancements, to improve operability and safety and reduce operating costs.

• First and second level support of computer applications and networks for both internal and external clients.• Responsible for assignment, liaison and administration of second and third level support, including third party contractors.• Project management for the implementation and administration of Helpdesk Software package.

• Maintenance documentation, planning, preventative maintenance, aircraft servicing, fault diagnosis and rectification of aircraft structure and systems.• Supervision, organisation, allocation, and training of personnel to achieve tasks.• Safe and efficient control and co-ordination of a Squadron Flight line of up to 18 aircraft.• Allocation of aircraft, ground equipment, personal and resources to meet flying programme requirements.• Responsible for the planning, co-ordination, control and documentation of all major technical activities on Aermacchi and Skyhawk aircraft.• Responsible for the production of aircraft Maintenance schedules and the ongoing research and review of those schedules.
