Ensure the effective development and delivery of Airport Baggage Handling systems to our customers. Lead a cross functional team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers as well as subcontractors and other resources, to design, install, and commission customer solutions to some of the world's largest airports. Lead a team of technical professionals in supporting and maintaining production systems in the RGX, Atlas, PGX, and MGX areas within Clinical IT. Devise and implement process improvements to move the team from a reactive to a proactive mode.

I plan, coordinate, monitor and implement complex Clinical IT programs, delivering superior project planning and management throughout the project life-cycle. I also lead special projects and assignments as necessary, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between business needs and technological solutions.

I worked as an IT Project Manager in the Clinical Care Advance (CCA) and Clinical Guidance Management group.

Implemented four major customers (Philips Healthcare Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Equant, and Intel), six smaller customers, and 12 electronic invoice projects. Implementing Hewlett-Packard consisted of five separate projects. Equant has been a five phase project, with four phases implemented. Project budgets ranged from $14,000 to $1,344,000. Project durations ranged from two months to 18 months.

Managed eight developers and 15 customer projects, designed and developed ERP distribution and customer relationship management (CRM) modifications. Streamlined and improved customers’ business processes. Trained customers, consultants, and sales representatives on system implementation and functionality. Supported field consultants and sales representatives with customer implementations.

Developed quality control program for testing customer modifications. Managed program and testing effort.

Implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP) software system for customers, including installation, gap analysis, user training, identifying custom modifications, limited data conversion, business process development and improvement. The ERP software is similar to SAP, only for the mid-market.

Managed 22 telephony, healthcare, and network technicians, and system designer/trainers. Coordinated and scheduled system installations, adds-moves-changes, and service for over 3000 customers. Responsible for a $500,000 annual budget and $4,000,000 in revenues. Designed and implemented business processes, and improved existing processes. Reported to president/owner.
