Chris Hessler is an expert in launching world-class businesses across a variety of industries, co-founding and selling 3 companies for $350M+. Chris leads his companies to quickly build a competitive advantage, gaining trust with a wide range of customers including Fortune 500 companies and the USPS.In his current role as Executive Chairman for Linkwell Health, Chris delivers strategic insights and focused leadership for the premier healthcare consumer experience company, boosting engagement for customers including Aetna and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. He previously served as Co-Founder and President of Imagitas, commercializing and digitizing the USPS change of address form. Under Chris' leadership, Imagitas grew to $120M in revenue before it was acquired by Pitney Bowes for $265M. Chris also co-founded On Target Media, which was acquired by Alta Communications for $30M.As a serial entrepreneur, Chris currently serves as the Chairman/Founder of The ABplatform, where he utilizes the insights gained through establishing 13 Advisory Boards to help start-up CEOs grow their businesses. He previously served as an Operating Partner for Alpine Investors, a middle-market, values-based private equity firm in San Francisco. Chris has raised more than $80M in early/growth stage venture capital from financial and strategic investors, building trust with backers including Anthem, Bain Capital, The Carlyle Group, GeoCapital Partners, HLM Venture Partners, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Maveron, and Spark Capital. Chris was a lead director for six portfolio companies, and led their sale processes, resulting in $1B+ in cumulative exits. Chris is passionate about giving back to the communities in which he lives. For 10 years, Chris served on the Board of the non-profit Jumpstart for Young Children, where he spearheaded Jumpstart’s Read for the Record campaign, which set the world reading record. He is a Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Silicon Couloir in Jackson, WY, an incubator whose purpose is to align entrepreneurship with community vision. Chris is a past Chairman of Everyartist.me, a founding member of the Procter & Gamble Alumni Foundation, and a past member of the Mass General Hospital Cancer Center Leadership Council.Chris began his career with Procter & Gamble in the Healthcare Division and graduated from Dartmouth College with Honors. He and his wife Lisa split their time between Beacon Hill (Boston) and Airbnbs everywhere. Chris is the father of five wonderful children, who are all finding their way in the world.
