Responsible for creating a new enterprise Identity and Access Management team. Working with various divisional fulfillment teams to define, develop and implement an enterprise access request and provisioning program leveraging off-the-shelf tools. In addition, I also have the responsibility to create and lead a team to implement and support an enterprise Privileged Account Management program.

Served role as a Security Architect within the Oracle Consulting Services group delivering world class Identity and Access Management solutions to many of Oracle’s National and Enterprise customers. Develop technical designs, statements of work, responses to RFP’s, architecture designs and present these various scopes to customers.

I was challenged to initiate improvements for under-performing areas including Access and Identity Management, Privileged ID usage and Tool Management teams. Implemented Access Management automation tool which improved user on-boarding experience and time by 60%. Led team of 16 onshore/offshore resources and was responsible for a $1.4M budget along with contract negotiations. NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Led implementation team responsible for installing/configuring Oracle Identity Analytics and integrating it with Oracle Identity Manager. Exercise also resulted in the retirement of a home-grown entitlement review application.• Improved privileged ID usage by further clarifying tool-set to be used and communicated this out to business customers. Move saved approximately $250K in annual license fees.• Team supported service IDs, fire-call IDs, and system ID controls and usage. Managed portfolio of applications used to control Access to these privileged IDs and was responsible for any audit requests related to the review of Access to these IDs

Challenged to lead team to better support and implement new functionality revolving around privileged Access Management, Identity Access Management, entitlement reviews and entitlement extracts for Privileged Accounts.NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Led design effort to implement new controls for privileged Access objects. Effort focused on Cyber-Ark and implementing their PSM and OPM functionality. Effort also focused on the retirement of Novell Privileged User Manager (NPUM) and Powerbroker and the conversion of those rules and IDs into Cyber-Ark.• Led effort to upgrade our Guardium environment to v8. Effort was a result from business and Audit requests to better secure databases in our environment.• Led design effort to integrate our Single Sign-On (SSO) tool with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). Result improved and dramatically reduced the new employees’ onboarding experience

• Daily support of ING’s Treasury Services group. Application and end user support for the SunGard Quantum and Weiland BRM applications.• Created strategy to move bank files and SunGard application to a hosted solution at SunGard. Migrated bank files from modem to FTP solution and was point person for all bank files. Wrote batch scripts to encrypt and FTP files, also worked with banks to exchange key files.• Primary QuickPlace/Quickr developer and support personnel. Created many custom workflow applications in Quickplace/Quickr. Wrote strategy for migration to SharePoint.• Lotus Notes r6, r7 and r8 upgrade. Led team upgrading environment – provided service provider with upgrade steps as well has Help Desk scripts to assist users with any difficulty. • Quickplace/Quickr system upgrade. Upgraded, tested and verified with customers new functionality worked as documented. • Developed, implemented and supported many applications in Lotus Notes for business partners in Finance, Human Resources, Shared Services and Accounting.• Managed Business Analysts supporting the Quickplace and Domino platforms.
