With over 15 years of experience with the Australian Department of Defence, Chris is a challenge-driven and self-motivated Program and Project Manager delivering positive and impactful outcomes for major engineering projects domestically and internationally. His expertise lies in establishing and defining governance frameworks, strategies, and scopes for major projects in addition to coordinating end-to-end project management phases for complex military programs. Leveraging an adaptable leadership approach shaped by significant experiences working internationally and with reduced resources, Chris strives to support his teams in overcoming challenges to resource acquisition, sustainability, and operational outcomes. His experience in Aerospace and Systems Engineering has enabled him to leverage insights for major programs and support the achievement of beneficial outcomes for major projects.
