Management, coordination and direction to EPC/EPCM Contractors for Procurement, Inventory, Materials Management and Logistics and has responsibility to establish and implement Materials Management systems to support the interface of EPC contractors to Woodside Management system and ERP system for Materials Management and Procurement master data. Provide commercial supply chain focus within the PPG, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with recommendations and outcomes. Bring significant supply chain knowledge and expertise to bear, in order to positively influence the quality of Materials Management Services.Provide source of Supply Chain authority and expertise on which E & P contractor can rely on for sound advice and guidance, in matters related to Materials Management Services.Guidance and strategy formulation for all Materials Management and Procurement related issues within the PPG and Karratha Life Extension Projects

Overall management, coordination and direction to the Drilling and Subsea functions for inventory, materials management and logistics.Establish and implement Materials Management systems for the various Support Bases, Drill Rigs and Vessels in compliance with various JOA’s and PSA’s and Supply Chain minimum procedures.Accountable for all materials including storage and preservation. Overall management responsibility for the Drilling Casing Yard and supporting contractors.Develop and implement contracting strategies for all major materials and materials handling contracts for Drilling and Completions including Category Management of OCTG’s.Provide guidance and strategy formulation for all Materials management & Procurement related issues within the function.

Consultant for MM, LO, WM, QM.Provide enhancement solutions for Procurement and Logistics.Provide user support for complex or cross module issues or enhancements.

Manage the IT budget for development and continuous improvement of Supply ChainDevelop and implement processes to increase efficiency Create a consistent and coordinated approach to contracting strategies and risk managementEnsure the principles of Total Cost of Ownership, Life Cycle Cost, standardisation, pan WEL contracting are adhered to as appropriate
