As a Corporate Finance Director, I advise on a range of projects covering acquisitions, disposals and fundraising. I also advise a varied portfolio of high growth SME businesses. Working closely alongside clients – often as an extension of their management team – I offer specialist support on specific areas relating to corporate finance. My role is varied and no two days are the same, however a lot of my work includes business valuations, covering disputes and valuations for tax reasons, such as Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) schemes. I help my clients find commercial solutions to the issues they face, and my background in general practice enables me to appreciate the wider picture when doing so.
