I started as a apprentice joiner and worked on all aspects of joinery including 1st fix, 2nd fix, final fix, roofing and joists. Promoted to Trainee Site Manager dealing with pre-plaster inspections, snagging ordering and scheduling in materials. Working to a build programme, Supervising tradesmen on site where new build and affordable housing are being built, responsible for the safety of everyone on site. Working alongside the NHBC, site manager and contracts manager.
