As the Installations Manager within a medium size Managed Services Supplier I was responsible for several Service Lines. I managed a team of four in their day to day activities and development. I prioritised workflows and escalated concerns as required. One of my roles was as a Team Manager within several Out Of Scope PRINCE2 projects.

SCL Communications is a Managed Service Provider to Government Departments across the whole of the UK. My main role is 2nd line support to bespoke systems, resolving both hardware and software issues. Responding to both Service Requests and RFC's in accordance to the priority and SLA policy's.
