I have extensive experience in organizational consulting both as an inside and outside consultant. As an internal consultant I built and led corporate universities for multinational corporations. As an external consultant I've worked with executives and their teams and organizations in more that 15 countries. As Founder of Middle Path Consulting I work with start ups to multinationals on leadership and organizational issues. My practice is founded on the belief that "there is no special sauce." The know-how and techniques for successfully leading teams and organizations exist in a plethora of books and articles. They are fairly simple, but far from easy.
