CurrentMy current role involves the training of all staff in all aspects of the warehouse environment. This includes induction of new starters to the company to the cross training of existing staff. The roles that I train include, general warehouse duties, to high and low level picking, packing, receiving goods in, loading and unloading. Along with the actual training of staff, Im currently undertaking the writing or amending of Risk Assessments and ABC training modules for the site where this is needed. I delivered a training course to supervisors and managers on a national level, for a roll out of training regarding MHE Observation Assessments for colleagues involved with doing Safety Observations on MHE Operatives.I'm a fully qualified MHE Instructor in most of the ABA categories including Counter Balance, High Level Order Pickers, Mid and Low Level, VNA, PPT.
