Client satisfaction linked to programme and project delivery was very low and high risk of losing contract renewal on several major clients and some clients, initiated contract exit clause.Transformed and built up the 115 strong technical team into 10 Squads adopting SAFe 5.0 Agile principles. The outcome was Project delivery significantly increased, which in turn drove additional project demands as clients saw that DXC had the capability to deliver. This directly led to Major contract renewal signed, other client deferred exit strategy and are likely to renew. The Project revenue for March 2019 was the highest Project revenue that DXC had ever recorded.
