As a professional working in the field of Organisational and Individual change, my goal is to help organisations, leadership teams and individuals to achieve sustainable and positive change through discovering and developing their talent.My business experience with IBM and Salomon Brothers left me with a passion for business and its various intrigues; and an ability to rapidly understand and work with the critical issues that present themselves.For the last 10 years I have spent almost half of my time working in the dynamic and ever changing market of China and the rest of my time in the UK, Europe and North America.I work with a broad range of industries but for various reasons find that 50-60% of my work is with the automotive industry; an industry that I have enjoyed working with for more than 25 years now.Specialties: Change - both Individual and Organisational. I work with senior teams to help them operate more effectively and especially demonstrate more consistent leadership to their businesses. I design and deliver a wide range of development interventions to help unstick individuals, teams and organisations.Executive Team improvement - people achieve executive team roles because they already have significant and note worthy talent. By working with these teams I help them with a variety of issues from strategy development, to team cohesion and effectiveness and individual performance improvement. On these assignments my role is often to act as a team coach and in many cases and coach to individual members of the team.Talent Development - whilst I enjoy working with executive teams, I also love working with younger talent. People who are setting out on their management and leadership careers and looking for insight, guidance and tools to help them become effective. I do not promote any specific model of leadership, preferring instead to help people find and build upon their own natural strengths.
