I am a mission driven executive focused on supporting employees in their pursuit of nurturing the growth and development of children in our community. During my 25+ year career I have held many roles in various educational institutions, from direct service/teaching roles to administrator and director level positions. Throughout my professional journey, I have fine tuned my skills as a strategic thinking, business management, community collaborator, budgeting, leader and understanding of non-profit management. I enjoy leveraging these skills to support others, to help them develop existing and new programs, and realize success' they didn't realize was possible. During my tenure of as Executive Director of Partners in Child Development, we have doubled our annual operating budget, renamed/rebranded the organization, developed new facilities, launched new programs and expanding our existing programs and partnerships. This was achieved after taking over for the organizations founder, who retired after 44 years and managing through the COVID-19 Pandemic. While there is much to be proud of, the stat that excites me the most is our 8.2 year employee retention rate, because it speaks volumes about our team and how priority we place on supporting staff. Partners in Child Development is dedicated to nurturing the growth and developmentof every child to maximize their potential. We are passionate and committed to helpingchildren and their families with programs focused on a child’s development andwell-being. Our programs include an Early Intervention Program for children ages0-3, our Anderson School, a special education school for children ages 3-12 who havecomplex medical needs and Woodbridge School, our early childhood education program.For over 50 years, we have been changing the trajectory of children’s lives.
