Manager for all Engineering new products introduction across all simulator technologies then Manager of group of 50 specialist Engineers in Systems Engineering, Project Engineers/Programme Engineering Managers,, Aircraft Data, Product Training, Technical Publications and New Product Introductions. Directly led turnaround and delivery of £20m major new product line from survival threatening disaster to an in-service success story in 6 months.

Manager and design authority for all Engineering activities across multi-National consortium defining, producing and delivering A400M flight simulator devices as Tier 1 Supplier to Airbus Military SL. Led 18 month technical contract negotiations to define and establish multi-National workshare organisation now successfully delivering £100m+ programme.

Manage all Engineering work and act as overall design authority for all Engineering activities for whole range of new Flight and aircrew synthetic training aids for the UK RAF Nimrod MRA4. Tier 1 supplier to BAE Systems
