Develop and maintain relationships with IT Service Owners, Security and Fire Protection, IT Business Partners, Information Security, and Engineering leaders.Lead IRI PM for BDS Site Consolidation; an enterprise wide effort and multi-year program that is reducing the use and occupancy rates to the Boeing Defense Systems Business Unit by relocating resources to lower cost regions; closing and modifying buildings in key regions with the goal of reaching 90% occupancy at all sites. The BDS Site consolidation program reduces Boeing’s footprint in Huntington Beach, CA and Kent, WA, while increasing work scope and personnel at other Southern California sites, as well as in Seattle, WA, Mesa, AZ, Saint Louis, MO and Huntsville, AL. Additionally working new build efforts for Aurora AITC (VA) and Argon (PA). IT program lead for the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) project. This effort consisted of consolidating geographically dispersed Security Operations Centers into two highly available facilities with disaster recovery. As GSOC IT program lead I took ownership of all IT services throughout the complete lifecycle of the project including build out, consolidation and occupancy. This included collecting requirements, validating requirements, analysis, design, implementation, test and operation of all IT infrastructure services in the GSOCs. I partnered closely with the GSOC customer and all IT service providers both internal and external (Subcontractors and Vendors) including but not limited to Network, Radio, Desktop and Print to ensure that the requirements of the GSOC were captured, documented, implemented properly, then tested and accepted. Accomplishments:• Built two highly available facilities with disaster recoveryo Entire Facility on UPS with backup Generatoro Physically separated, diverse network circuits• Routed Motorola audio traffic using Boeing IP Network rather than expensive leased T1 Lines• Build out of call Center, Analyst, Dispatch and Alarms monitoring.
