As CIC Product Owner operationalized the CIC after receiving Authority to Operate (ATO. Structured the CIC into an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offering using Program Management Best Practices including SAFe Agile framework. Developed a gated review process for integrating new and existing programs into the CIC as well as re-structuring the integration schedule and implementing Sprints using JIRA. This effort consisted of consolidating geographically dispersed Security Operations Centers into two highly available facilities with disaster recovery. As GSOC IT program lead I took ownership of all IT services throughout the complete lifecycle of the project including build out, consolidation and occupancy. This included collecting requirements, validating requirements, analysis, design, implementation, test and operation of all IT infrastructure services in the GSOCs. I partnered closely with the GSOC customer and all IT service providers both internal and external (Subcontractors and Vendors) including but not limited to Network, Radio, Desktop and Print to ensure that the requirements of the GSOC were captured, documented, implemented properly, then tested and accepted. Lead IT project manager for the Arlington Consolidation a high visibility, multi-year, multi-million dollar project consisting of three sub-projects; construction of a new 320,000+ square foot office complex at 929 Long Bridge Dr, Arlington VA, relocation of 500+ employees from two leased facilities (in Rosslyn and Crystal City), and decommissioning of the two leased facilities. As Lead IT Project Manager responsible for; collecting, analyzing and validating requirements, ensuring design compliance, financial planning (capital, LRBP), project tracking, implementation, quality assurance, test and sustainment of all aspects of the IT support and infrastructure for the new building, relocation and decommissioning efforts. In this role I worked across multiple disciplines including with the General Contractor, Site Services and IT Vendors to ensure that requirements were met and IT services provided for the occupants of the new building including three Executive Committee members. This Project was completed on schedule and under budget.
