I deliver advice on joint ventures, outsourcing, procurement, IT, construction, insurance (including reinsurance), securities and regulatory compliance (NHBC is a company regulated by the PRA and Financial Conduct Authority).Recent projects include advising material outsourcing project, life assurance trustees on scheme arrangements, construction dispute resolution, fleet outsourcing/sale & leaseback contracts, loss portfolio transfers, significant IT outsorucing agreements, support on Group reorganisation and dispute resolution management.
