From an operational perspective, I am charged with creating rental property pricing strategies for the firm's mobile home parks based on local economic factors and real estate values in the Kansas City Metro area. I continually research the changing demographics of our target market through census reports with the idea of targeting potential new tenants. Researched the acquisition of lender data to build and maintain the capital markets database. Conducted thorough and consistent analyses of closing statements, term sheets, brokerage agreements, commission agreements, and deal execution documents.
