Responsible for leading the team and directly responsible for the development of business cases across our operational and back office services. Achievements:• Led the change justification to implement two new Air Traffic Control Centres to support the Civil Military Air Traffic Control Services ($186m)• Led the change justification for the implementation of Digital Aerodrome Services, removing the need to build traditional air traffic control towers.• Delivered 12 business cases per year totaling between $200m-$500m per year

Led the development and certification of electronic initiated weapon platforms. Other functional responsibilities included the coordination of product development, safety engineering, configuration management, certification and reliability analysis between the Australian and USA office.
