This role involved managing a significant budget, integrating cost, work, and product structures, and driving the procurement of a scalable PLM solution. My leadership facilitated the collaboration of cross-functional teams, ensuring the roadmap's strategic milestones were successfully met and aligned with our operational objectives.The foundation of my programme management background was gained in JLR where I worked on new vehicle development programmes in a variety of roles, including whole vehicle and subsystem development. I worked on Range Rover, technology sharing with Tata in India and Advance Driver Assistance Systems.
