CurrentSenior Vice President within the firm's Investor Relations group responsible for managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.· Have overall responsibility for preparing responses to new business proposals, due diligence questionnaires and various ad hoc requests from clients, prospects and consultants seeking information on the firm's investment products.· Work closely with senior investment professional and legal/compliance staff in crafting responses to complex requests.· Responsible for ensuring that the content of all RFP responses meets the firm's compliance standards.· Oversee the firm's efforts to populate various consultant and third-party databases with information on the firm's investment products.· Manage two additional professionals dedicated to the RFP/database process.Additional past responsibilities have included:· Manage the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting process for the firm's securities clients.· Edit narrative sections of client reports, working closely with Portfolio Management teams.· Responsible for tailoring the content of investor reports to the various performance benchmarks used by clients.· Manage the report production process from initial draft review to final signoff and distribution to clients.· Compose monthly and quarterly performance attribution commentary as requested by clients.· Proficient with attribution software (FactSet) which is used to run performance reports and a variety of portfolio-level data for clients and consultants.Awards· Thomas Eastman Award winner, December 2005.
