My career path has taken many twist and turns, initially as a 20 year old entrepreneur /restaurant owner / operator, then starting and running several businesses : Ivy rentals and investments, Ivy Construction, and most recently, Town and Country Property Inspections. My years with these companies I was able to hone my management skills and implement them to the fullest. My experience with HUD as a quality control inspector gives me a unique insight as an inspector as the founder and owner of Town and Country Property Inspections.We are I am currently a licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee Specialties: I have a keen understanding of the housing market from all sides of the closing table, the ability to manage, problem solve and coordinate with other vendors and subcontractors to get results .Years of remodeling, buying and selling, my time as a HUD QC inspector, and the years I have spent as a licensed home inspector allow me to view a property as many cannot. These are just some of the qualities that I bring to the table.
