Career background in Organisation Change Project Management. I called time on the corporate life in 2021 and "repurposed" in order to strengthen alignment with my values through community focused work I wished to pursue. This has lead me to:- Mentor young adults, at a London FE College at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training)- To see at first hand the reality of the criminal justice system for young people who lack support- To manage a food bankI'm currently:- Training Mentors in Prison, to provide literacy and numeracy skills coaching support- A team member at a community cook club and night shelter- Undertaking LLM training through ERMCI'm grateful to the organisations and those I've met along the way, for the learning opportunities, their time and trust.
