• Management of IT Assets, including purchase, implementation, ongoing support and disposal• Managing, administering, and monitoring infrastructure, systems, networks, servers, windows desktops and software to ensure they are kept up to date and highly available• Ensure security protection and data backups are completed as required • Troubleshoot and communicate issues, time-frames and resolutions with relevant staff• Liaise with IT departments in other branches• Interaction with third party suppliers (Telecommunications, parts suppliers, external contractors, Print Management)

• Website maintenance: entry, edit and update data on warehouse and retail websites. • Managing, administrating and supporting hardware and software. • Resolving issues raised from other colleagues and customers in timely manner

• Developing and maintaining software components and functions, which process transaction between main system and banks and analyze and sort data into database for other module teams• Establishing and maintaining the developing, testing and running environments for our teams and the client, including coordinating with banks, setting up equipment and preparing to make quick response in any circumstances.• Solving the reported bugs from the client: making quick response, solve them immediately or send them over to relevant group member• Getting feedback from client about resolved problems, then report to project manager

• Designing and implementing the new components and functions, which includes website UI design, product management features.• Functional tests including testing resolved bugs and new developed features, then deploying to the client server• Solving the bugs reported from clients through phone calls and emails, then write the bug reports
