Senior Product Specialist - Microsoft Platform Engineering
Current• User and group management, including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts.• Exchange Online administration, including mailbox configuration and email policy management.• SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business management.• Microsoft Teams administration, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.• Azure Active Directory management, including user identities, SSO, MFA, and API integrations.• Implement security policies and controls for Microsoft 365 resources.• Mobile Device Management (MS Intune) for smartphones and tablets.• Plan and execute data migrations to Microsoft 365.• Implement monitoring solutions and generate reports on service usage and security events.• Configure and manage data backup and recovery solutions.• Collaborate with end-users and department heads to understand collaboration needs.• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft 365 service updates and patches.• Integrate Microsoft 365 with third-party applications and services.• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures.• Respond to and resolve technical issues, outages, and service disruptions promptly.• Participate in compliance audits and ensure regulatory requirements are met.• Monitor resource utilization and plan for scaling resources as needed.• Implement and manage changes within the Microsoft 365 environment.• Advanced knowledge in PowerBI administration and policy management.• Act as an escalation point for advanced or difficult help requests.• Record and track decisions and actions using the ITSM tool.• Assist in creating and maintaining IT knowledge resources for level 1 and 2 resources.• Write scripts for system tasks and configuration changes.• Maintain a software-testing environment for new security patches and Windows updates.• Perform hands-on technical upgrades and deployments.• Act as a lead for enterprise OS images and maintenance.
